What To Bring To Vertava Health of Massachusetts

As you prepare to enter treatment at Vertava Health of Massachusetts, it’s important to make sure that you bring the appropriate items for your stay. While you will most likely be in residential treatment for approximately 30 days, Vertava Health of Massachusetts has a housekeeping staff and laundry facilities. You will only need to pack for about a 7-10 day trip; including pants, appropriate layers, undergarments, socks and comfortable shoes. You should plan to bring athletic wear, as you may wish to utilize the exercise facilities, ropes courses and yoga classes.
